Post Placement Process

At Cassel and Company we don’t simply recruit. We understand that assisting our candidates with their next career move is a life changing experience. As a leading finance recruitment consultancy, we have taken the initiative of establishing the Post Placement Mentoring Programme. Cassel and Company provides support to both client and candidate within the initial period after an offer has been extended and accepted, and during the first six crucial months of employment.

There are 2 main reasons for this:

To ensure a successful placement during the sensitive notice period.
To prevent and pre-empt any early issues that may arise between client and candidate, and to manage this fledgling relationship in its initial stages.

In this manner, concerns can be discovered and addressed proactively ensuring an easier transition for our candidates in their new career.
