Clients are regularly furnished with a comprehensive progress report detailing their new employee’s feedback concerning their progress during the settling-in period. These reports are e-mailed directly and are generated at specific times during the first three months. In this manner, concerns could be discovered and addressed proactively. This process is usually successful in resolving and preventing avoidable resignations during this crucial period.
